COMMISSIONS

1. You are responsible for providing a clear written description of your request if you cannot provide an image. A one paragraph summary is preferred. You may also provide a mood boards or playlists that you feel describes the character in addition to the written description/image. ​

2. Please ask if you have a risqué idea.
3. If I feel uncomfortable drawing something then I will tell you. But if that happens please respect my decision to not draw what you want. 

4. A finished piece can typically take a month as I also balance a full time job and other hobbies. I WILL keep in contact with you if it seems I am having difficulty or am lagging farther behind than normal.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Requesting my services means that you have READ this portion.

1. Payment is accepted only through PayPal in USD. EUR is also accepted

2. Half or 25% of non-refundable deposit is required ​​before work is started​

   • The deposit will be 100% refunded if the Artist is unable to complete the piece for whatever reason. The Artist will be in contact with the Customer if this happens.

   • Payment plans are allowed if needed​. 

3. Once the piece is completed, a small sample will be sent. The final version will not be released to the Customer until the final portion of the payment (or payment plans) are sent.

4. Sketches and lines will be sent to the Customer before the final stage. The customer may make a max of 2 free revisions in this stage all together. Lines must be changed in this stage if needed as it is a major revision.

5. Once the commission is complete, a max of 2 MINOR revisions are free. Any more and the Customer will be charged $30 per revision regardless of how small.

6. The Customer is allowed to use the finished piece for personal use as long as they credit the Artist.

   • The Customer may edit or manipulate the picture for graphic or role playing purposes.

   • The Customer may not use the piece for commercial purposes.​

   • If the Customer would like to use the piece for commercial purposes an additional fee will be added.

   • Any artwork created for the Client may not be minted or turned into an NFT.

7. Unless otherwise specified, two sizes of the finished piece will be sent to the Customer. A small size for posting online and an 8x10 file for personal use or printing purposes.

8. The Artist reserves the right to use the finished piece for self promotion.
